Returns Eligibility

Returned products should meet our eligibility criteria. Unauthorized modification of products does not qualify for return or refund.

  • Products should be unused and in their original condition.
  • You can return products within 7 days.
  • We issue a refund if the wrong product is delivered.

Non-Refundable 

These are non-refundable products.

  • Customized, special-cut, and personalized orders are non-refundable.
  • You can’t return misused and damaged items.
  • Installed flooring and custom floors.

Return Request Process

If you are eligible to return items, then you can contact our customer support. Our team helps you with the return request process. You should contact us within 48 hours. The team asked you about the order details, purchase proof, and photos of items for verification. When your request is approved, the team guides you through the return process.

In some cases, customers need to arrange the product shipment. While in many cases, our staff assists with the shipments. It depends on the type of items. If products are designed according to customers’ needs, they are not returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your delivery arrives damaged and incorrect, then take pictures of the packaging inside and outside. Notify us as soon as possible after the delivery. Our staff inquires about the issue and provides the best solution. The solution can be replacement, refund, or repair, depending on the items. Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale-priced items are not refundable.

Refund Policy

If the refund is approved, it will be processed in 7-14 business days after the inquiry. After the verification, the refund will be issued with the same payment methods. Shipping changes, installation fees, and services are not refundable unless the return is because of a defect. Once we inspect the return, you will receive the confirmation email.
